Even during these uncertain times, we are still taking and shipping out orders as usual. However, processing times have been taking longer than the usual 2-4 days and instead it may take up to 5-6 days for your order to process.

Returns & Refund Policy


In case you want to return goods you can return the same within 30 days from the date of receiving the goods.

We will provide you refund once we have the items back in our warehouse. Delivery charge for returning the goods to be borne by customer. When returning goods, please quote the - order number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods(optional).

Incorrect Items

We rigorously check all items before we dispatch them, but if your item is faulty or you have received the incorrect items, we will refund your costs paid for the items and for initial delivery as well as the recorded delivery costs to return the item. Please email us at help.europe@mail.dabur to report the incorrect items.

Damaged Products

If damage occurs to your product during shipment, email us at  help.europe@mail.dabur. Please provide your order number and email address.

Only online purchases from dabur.co.uk are accepted for returns. Please note if you bought your product from one of our stockists, you will need to return/ exchange the product with them directly

 Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
